Nigora conducts research on governance, economic development, and public sector performance, focusing on how institutions and reforms shape development and service delivery. Her work spans governance diagnostics, public administration, socioeconomic analysis, and institutional assessments — bridging economic analysis with governance studies, with particular attention to transparency, accountability, and sustainable public institutions.
